Pricing, plainly.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. When you register your school you choose a plan, and you get a 30-day free trial of that plan — no card to start. A Standard trial covers up to 300 students, the same as the plan. When the trial ends nothing is charged automatically; you subscribe to keep your students active, and your data stays where it is.

Is there a free plan?

No. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and is paid after that. There is no free tier in Nigeria.

Which plan should we start on?

Under 300 students, start on Standard and move up once term-end or fee collection starts to hurt. If you already know report cards and online fee payment are the problem, start on Professional. Premium is for schools making parent engagement the thing families choose them for.

Who counts as a billable student?

Only actively enrolled students in the current term. Archived, graduated or withdrawn students are never billed.

Do teachers or parents cost extra?

No. Teacher, admin and parent accounts are unlimited on every plan. Plans differ by what the school can do and what parents can see — never by how many people you sign up.

Do we have to speak to anyone to buy or upgrade?

No. You create your school account, pick a plan and start your trial yourself — including Premium. Changing plan later is the same: you do it yourself, and it takes effect from the next term.

What happens when we pass 300 students?

Standard covers you to 300 on one flat price. Past that you move to Professional, billed per active student — and it is a real step up, so plan for it rather than meet it by surprise: at 320 students that is ₦1,920,000 a year against ₦300,000. Nothing is lost in the move; every record, score and invoice carries straight over. If you are close to the cap, talk to us before your next intake.

When do we actually pay?

Per term, on your own fee cycle — Standard is ₦100,000 a term, and Professional and Premium are billed on the register you actually have that term. Or pay the whole year up front if you prefer; the price is the same either way. Every plan has a ₦300,000 annual minimum. Pay by card, or by invoice and bank transfer.

We have families with several children. Do they pay for each one?

Billing is per active student, so three children count as three on Professional and Premium. App access is per family, though — one login sees every child a parent is linked to, at no extra charge.

What does Premium cost the school?

₦5,000 per active student a term. A school can recover it on the fee sheet as a ₦5,000 per term line, the way ICT and examination levies are collected. We invoice the school on your enrolment, so there is one figure to reconcile.

Can we move back down, or leave?

At the end of any term, on either. No multi-year contract, and your data is yours to export in full whenever you want it.
